Fundraising
Hey
Parents, Friends and Relatives. Did you know that you can donate money to our school
without selling anything, spending any EXTRA time, or taking money from
your pocket. Want to know HOW? Read on...
There are a number of ways you can help St.Paul's Lutheran School....
SCRIP Program
Scrip is simply gift certificates from national and local retailers. They’re the same gift certificates and gift cards that you buy at the store. Many popular retailers participate in our scrip program including Target, The Gap, Shell, Vons, Red Lobster and many, many others.
You’re probably asking yourself how these stores help us raise money. It’s simple -- scrip participating retailers agree to sell gift certificates to our organization at a discount. Member families like yours buy the certificates for full face value, they redeem them for full face value, and our school keeps the difference as revenue. And scrip is exciting, because everybody wins:
The retailer gets cash up front and repeat business.
You get a powerful fundraising alternative.
Our school gets a regular source of revenue.
You get 50% of the revenue from your order off your tuition.
The St. Paul’s scrip program is a simple and effective fundraising program. You have a choice in how you place your order. You can use the attached order form and submit it with your payment by the SCRIP due date. You can also enter your own order online. Just log on to www.shopwithscrip.com and enroll as a participating family for St. Paul’s. Our enrollment code is: 1AE171BD15L14. After enrollment, enter your own order, print out your receipt and send it to the office with your payment. Orders must be submitted online and paid for by 3:30 on the due date. Orders can then be picked up in the office by Thursday of the following week.

Next time you are at the grocery store, make a note of those items that
have a "Box Top for Education". They are on a number of items you would

envelope. The school in turn can redeem them for school equipment.
Yeah!
They are found on foods like: Pillsbury Refrigerated Dairy (rolls),

Variety juices, Swanson Broths, and selected Pepperidge Farm products.
There are many more of them!
Aluminum Can Pop Tops
Okay- this does not benefit the school, but the school does collect them
and send these on to the Ronald McDonald House. This helps families
with a place to stay while their children receive life-saving medical
treatments at hospitals.
So....The next time you pop the top of a SODA can, pull off the tab on
the top. Put it in a bag, and turn it in at school. Put a Bag at
work, and have everyone place their "tabs" in the bag. It will fill up
before you know it.
So, as you can see, there is a lot more money out there that can benefit
St. Paul's Lutheran School. It takes very little effort on your part,
and it goes a long way for our students.
